  • What does it mean if my parcel is at the national sorting hub?

    Sorted at national hub / Hub trailer via sorter – your parcel is in the process of being sorted at a national hub. Receipt at depot – your parcel has arrived either at the collection or delivery depot. Manifested for delivery / Out for delivery – your parcel has been assigned to the courier for delivery.

If the item has been delivered then a signature should be visible as proof of delivery on your track & trace results. Our Worldwide services also require a signature on delivery.

    Tracking comes as standard with all of our business services. There are several ways for your customers to track the journey of their parcel giving them peace of mind. Tracking is available via our website or the Parcelforce App and senders and recipients can use My Parcel Live on the day of delivery.
