Loose or do I cut wood? 3
My husband and I wanted to make a project, but we live in an apartment and we don't have access to a chain saw (or else we can use it). If I buy wood from myself or loose, will it cut to size for me? Do you charge per piece?
I usually ask people to go to Ace, but many local Ace Hardware (phones, of course) do not sell wood, so this time loose (my first customer) or ID may be your best bet. Will
The first two pieces are usually free. Then there was the accident fee, 25 or 50 cents, I don't remember which one. Once you have determined your dimensions, you can be sure that the type will be very close to the cutting station, usually at 1/16.
At work I have access to all kinds of power tools, but I use a hand saw for cuts 4x4 or smaller. More complications, but less time for extensions, ear detection, etc. I can cut 4x4 in 90 seconds with a hand saw, and the cuts are as sharp as a chain saw. Take a look at the Stanley and Sharpoth saws, they cut very fast with easy effort.
If you need to make a very fine cut, you can do a lot with a hand saw (also called a handcuff pattern). As the name implies, it pulls and cuts instead of pushing. This means that the blades can be thinner and the teeth can be very thin, but they can be cut very quickly. I once cut a piece of plywood on a long road (96) because I didn't want to go back to the SP with one of them to get the right tool because of the lack of other tools. This kit takes ten minutes, but it's an easy task. The main problem is that if you drag too much, the Srt bar will knock it out of the cut.
You can do a lot of things with just hand tools. And building pyramids with hand tools and, well, a lot of Hebrew, but that's another matter. Until 100 years ago, power tools were not widely used, you can do whatever you want with your hand tools.
I am made of wood.
You can cut wood 3-4 times without load. Therefore, each additional deduction costs 50 cents. They only make rough cuts, which means they cut wood as long as you want, but you don't have to. You do not cut the board angles or vertically. Straight to adjust the length.
I am from the forest
You will reduce it to about 1/4, which may or may not be enough for your work.
When I was living in the apartment, I bought a circular saw in the bathroom and cut things. Easy to clean.
The cashier does not always charge a fee for logging. None of my colleagues do that, but if they charge you, I think it will drop to 25 cents after the first cut.

If you are thinking of participating in your carpentry project, this is not a good idea, it would be foolish not to do so. In fact, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years and I haven't found anything like it in less than $ 10,000.

Yes, they will cut wood for you.
In theory, they charge from the piece, but often they just do not care.
Be sure to measure the cut size you need very carefully (remember: measure twice for a single cut) and the largest in the woodworking sector for making cuts. Try to get a skilled person, there is nothing new that we have no better. Do it
